ICOM AH-705 HF/50 MHz Automatic Antenna Tuner

The ICOM AH-705 is a compact, portable antenna tuner designed for use across the 1.8 MHz to 50 MHz amateur radio bands. Engineered to complement the Icom IC-705, it is ideal for field operations and portable setups.

Power can be supplied either via standard alkaline batteries or a 13.8V DC external source (Note: the DC power should be taken directly from an external power supply, not through the IC-705). This flexibility makes it easy to operate in both indoor and remote outdoor environments.

The AH-705 is built with durable, IP54-rated dust and water-resistant construction, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions. Its efficient design uses latching relays to minimize power consumption and fits neatly into the optional LC-192 multi-function backpack for seamless portability.

  • Covers 1.8 MHz to 50 MHz using a long wire antenna element

  • Dual power options: alkaline batteries or 13.8V DC supply

  • Latching relays for low power consumption

  • IP54-rated for dust protection and water resistance

  • Compact form factor fits into the optional Icom LC-192 backpack

  • Note: PL-259 terminal connector adapter is not included in EU and UK versions

  • IC-705 Portable Transceiver – A feature-packed HF/VHF/UHF SDR transceiver with internal battery, GPS, Bluetooth, and D-STAR. The IC-705 features the same 4.3-inch colour touchscreen display found in the popular IC-7300 and IC-9700, offering a real-time spectrum scope and waterfall display.

  • LC-192 Utility Backpack – Designed specifically for the IC-705, the LC-192 provides convenient storage and mobility, making it ideal for portable and outdoor operation.
