Yaesu SP-2000
The SP-2000 is the base station external speaker designed to match theFT-2000/950.
It features a large 4.7 inch speaker along with a three-selection High-Cut and two-selection Low-Cut Audio Filter system.
Selection of the cutoff frequencies may be performed from the front panel of the speaker: 2.4 kHz / 1 kHz / 700 Hz for High Cut and 500/300 Hz for Low-Cut.
A headphone jack on the front panel is post-filtration.
The SP-2000 features dual audio inputs.
- 120mm (4.7″) Speaker with audio response specially tailored for communications and short-wave reception
- High-Cut (SSB) (2.4kHz, 1kHz, 700Hz) and Low-Cut (CW) (500Hz, 300Hz) audio filters, with response selectable from the front panel. (can also select “NORM” for no filtering application)

Yaesu SP-8 Extension Speaker LAMCO Barnsley
Yaesu SP-8 matching extension speaker to the FT-1000MP + Yaesu FT-920.
The Yaesu SP-8 is a base speaker with audio filtering. It features both a 1/4 inch headphone jack and a 3.5 mini jack on the front panel. Input A or B or may be selected by a push button switch on the front panel.
The panel also has a 4 position MODE switch: Mute, Manual, SSB, CW. There is a 3 position Low Cut Filter knob and 4 position High Cut Filter knob.
The rear panel features Input Jack A and Input Jack B. There is also a Line Out Jack. All three of these jacks are RCA Phono type.
The speaker comes with one audio cable (RCA to 3.5mm mini). The SP-8 also has adjustable front feet. This will allow you to angle the speaker up.
